It only happens once or twice a year that snow accumulates a few inches thick. If there were more than four-inche-thick snow (which happens once in five years), traffic would be in chaos in Tokyo. I just look up the internet for the info on Singapore and I learned that it's humid through the year. I've never been to any counties on the equator, anyway. Actually, the most southern country I have been to was Egypt.
